A very drunk driver who has a "COUNCILOR" Protocol Vanity Plate causing a commotion in Timog Quezon City.
He was challenging the person who was taking a video to a fistfight and continuously cursing in front of two police officers.
Whats more terrible is the two Police Officers refuse to arrest him even if the person taking the video begs them that they should.
The Two Police Officers just want to let the drunk driver go in spite of being heavily drunk simply because he has a "COUNCILOR" vanity plate.
Which simply means that the police will give way to councilors (maybe even barangay captains),
vice mayor, mayor, congressmen, senators, vice-president, and of course the president?
The video will show the truth that People with these Position in Governemnt are Exempted from the Law?
It would seem they can basically do whatever they want.
if you are an ordinary citizen and you had an encounter with them,
do not ask for police assistance because it would be better to just run for your life?
Just imagine if there were no video footage, the whole story could be reversed and the person taking the video might be arrested instead?
Just imagine what story could be made up against the video taker and he would end up behind bars for being a good citizen of this country?

The "COUNCILOR" vanity plate is allegedly from a "special"friend who is a real councilor?
