And now, the police wants to lower their standard even more by accepting undergraduates.
What's sad is, even Senator Grace Poe and PNP Chief Director General Ricardo Marquez
agrees to lower the qualification for new police officers on the streets.
The Civil Service Commission warned that accepting non-degree holders would hinder the PNP professionalism even more.
Currently, only college graduates could become uniformed police officers in the Philippine National Police (PNP).
