Allegedly Sexually Abused a Pretty 22yr Old Passenger
in Katipunan QC
The Victim was Forced to Perform ORAL SEX
Uber System was summoned by LTFRB (Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board)
because of a rape complaint filed by a passenger against an Uber car driver.
A Beautiful 22 year old lady was allegedly sexually abused
by an Uber car driver who picked her up at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.
According to a report filed in QCPD (Quezon City Police District),
the alleged Uber driver of a red Toyota Vios with alleged plate number(ARA 3101),
identified allegedly as a certain Xstian Karlou John Marie,
suddenly cuddled the victim and instructed her to hold his penis
while they were driving through Katipunan Avenue near UP Town Center in Quezon City.
When the victim tried to escape from the suspect,
he allegedly pulled her hair and force her to perform oral sex.
Mr. Inton of LTFRB showed his “frustrations” that Uber allegedly
doesn’t provide the real identity of their driver/operator and invokes its privacy policy.
Inton said, “It has come to our attention that Uber does not disclose
the name of the driver or any of its details to their passenger.
When a crime is committed, it would be very hard for the victim
to file a case because no detail with regard to the perpetrator is provided.”
Martin Delgra of LTFRB ordered Uber to disclose the driver’s complete data, which is a franchise requirement.
Uber issued a statement that it had already removed the said driver from their platform
and are cooperating with the police in their ongoing investigation.
