has released a cartographic sketch of one of the suspect.

Inside a Moving Taxi in Quezon City.
The victim told police officers that she was walking outside a Mall on North EDSA
when one of the suspect forced her at knifepoint to board the taxi.
She reported that the men took turns raping her repeatedly
as they went through Bulacan Street in Barangay Bungad near West Avenue Quezon City at around 7:30 p.m.
The men continuously raped her
until the suspect dropped the victim at the corner of West Avenue and Quezon Avenue at around 7 a.m.
A Police Officer said that the man is believed to be a serial rapist
who might have raped many women around Metro Manila.
The Chief of Police has ordered a manhunt operation.

since the reported incident above happened only days after another
separate incident where another Serial Rapist was arrested for robbing and raping
multiple female taxi passengers on every 19th day of the month.
At least four taxi passengers identified suspect

Raped by Taxi Driver
A Taxi Driver was arrested for allegedly robbing and Raping
a Beautiful 19 year old DLSU student.
The suspect is identified as Miguel Maranan, 31, from Upper Bicutan, Taguig.
Maranan was arrested after returning his cab to taxi firm Naning’s car barn.
According to reports,
the victim took Maranan’s Hyundai Accent Taxi with plate number UVB953 in Fort Bonifacio Taguig
not knowing that Maranan’s accomplice identified only as a certain Jeff was hiding in the Taxi.
The victim instructed Maranan to go to her condominium along Taft Avenue
but the suspects drove the taxi to a motel in Las Piñas City,
where Maranan and Jeff allegedly took turns in Raping her repeatedly for 10 hours.
The suspect then took the victims’s cellphone, bag and cash amouting to P6,000
part of which was used to pay for the Motel in Las Piñas City.
