who was in his 'Sports Utility Vehicle'
when he shot and killed 21 year old Angelo Conejos.
He allegedly might have mistaken the young man as a thief.
Some witness claim that the police allegedly started to shout to convince bystanders that the young man was a robber.
A Bladed Weapon (Balisong) was allegedly Found on Top of the Victim after He was Shot and Collapsed on the Floor in the Crime Scene
but the family of the victim believes that it was a Planted Balisong.
They alleged that the police planted the evidence to make it appear that the victim was a thief.
