The LTFRB is searching for a Taxi Driver of Ubercabs with plate number AAM 9783.
After a Pretty 17-year-old Female College Student (sat in front) with her two classmates (sat at the back)
boarded the taxi along Katipunan Road in Quezon City,
the Taxi Driver identified as a certain Raul
allegedly started masturbating beside his passengers in Tandang Sora.
When they reached Ever Gotesco in Commonwealth Avenue Quezon City
the driver had allegedly unzipped his pants and started stroking his Penis.
According to LTFRB Board Member Ariel Inton,
the Driver will face criminal charges if the Female Student with the assistance of her father will file a case.
The LTFRB recommends the revocation of the Suspect's Drivers License.
