 3 Members of QCPD were arrested including a civilian asset
after they allegedly tried to extort Php120,000.00
PO3 Ramil Dazo, PO3 Joseph Merin and PO3 Aprilito Santos had an arrest warrant
for a certain Raymond Leetiong
but violated protocol when they proceeded to the suspect’s QC residence
without coordination from The Warrants and Subpoena Section Chief
Gaudencio Yu, a civilian asset is allegedly involved
An entrapment was made with the help of Barangay Officials
and QCPD Talipapa station
The 3 arrested Police Officers
were set to be charged with robbery extortion
including administrative charges for grave misconduct
While Leetiong Raymond is currently under QCPD Talipapa Station custody
