THE ANTI DISTRACTED DRIVING ACT OR THE ANTI DISTRACTED LAW
REPUBLIC ACT 10913
is the law that prohibits drivers from using
electronic communication devices and gadgets
while driving a vehicles or temporarily stopped
on a traffic light or an intersection.
It does not include drivers who are allowed to
temporarily stop near a side walk or
the side of the road to use their cellphone or gadget.
